In this instance, the decision for allowing the murder of children has been passed onto the States. Because this doesn’t align with their agenda, this is now “unconstitutional”.

The Second Amendment in the United States said the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Yet Biden claims the Constitution doesn’t expressly give people the right to carry firearms.

The WHO proposes a Constitution, and in their world, it’s “legally binding”.
