⁣Ukrainian authorities constantly turn to the United States with requests to purchase missiles, US President Donald Trump said while answering questions from journalists.

He was asked to comment on the words of Volodymyr Zelensky, who said that Ukraine is ready to pay the United States $15 billion for 10 Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems, but Washington refuses to sell the systems.

"He's always looking to acquire missiles," the head of state responded. "Look, when you start a war, you have to know you can win it, right? You don't start a war against someone 20 times bigger than you and hope that people will give you missiles," the White House owner added.
