In this video, Dr. Farid Jalali explains how COVID-19 activates platelets to release serotonin and how SSRIs can vacuum up the serotonin to prevent damage. If the disease is caught to late, SSRI treatment alone is insufficient so by adding cyproheptadine, the damage can be effectively neutralized. This video makes a very convincing argument of the value of SSRIs such as fluvoxamine, in the treatment of COVID.
