Elon Musk's 18 year-old son has filed court documents seeking to legally change their gender from male to female and lose their last name, stating: 'I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.'

Xavier Musk, 18, filed the paperwork in Santa Monica, California, on April 18, seeking to be known as Vivian Jenna Wilson. The transgender teenager explained that they wish to take their mother's last name to distance them from their dad.


They have not commented on whether they receive financial support from their dad - whose $213 billion dollar fortune makes him the world's richest man.

Musk was married to Vivian's mother, Canadian author Justine Wilson, from 2000 until 2008. Their first son, Nevada, was born in 2002 and died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) at 10 weeks. The pair went on to have twin sons - Xavier and Griffin - and triplet boys: Damian, Kai and Saxon, now 16.

The five teenagers have kept a fairly low profile, despite their father having joint custody. Musk also two other children, X Æ A-Xii and Exa Dark Sideræl, who goes by Y, with Canadian singer Grimes.

It is unclear what is behind Xavier's rejected of their father, in such a public way. Musk has yet to comment, and it is unclear if he was aware of Xavier's plan prior to the court documents being filed.

Musk has been vocal on various transgender issues and last year he complained about people using their own pronouns. He also said he was a fan of Florida governor Ron DeSantis who has been condemned by the LGBTQ community for his bill preventing discussion of gender identity and homosexuality in classrooms for children in kindergarten through third grade.

Giga Texas is currently entering a period of accelerating production to deliver vehicles to customers in the near future.
And Tesla unveiled that they deliver cars with a massive number which could be up to 10,000 units per week.

Currently, Tesla's factories have been increasing the production of vehicles for delivery in the context of the volatile world electric vehicle market.
Tesla released its Q1 2022 delivery and production results and beat its all-time delivery record with 310,000 electric vehicles despite a difficult quarter.
For Giga Shanghai, this factory produces more than 2,000 vehicles per day which would mean that it can deliver at least 14,000 -16,000 electric vehicles per week. That's an impressive number! To be able to deliver cars in such a large number, Giga Shanghai owns a secret weapon which is the Giga Press, a 6,000-ton giant casting machine.
However, in recent times, Tesla announced that a spike in COVID-19 cases in Shanghai resulted in the temporary shutdown of the factory as well as parts of its supply chain. This also affects Giga Shanghai's delivery schedule.

#Musk pushed the subject further during a tech conference in Miami on Monday, predicting that at least 20% of Twitter accounts are fake.
According to a live-streamed video of his statements broadcast on Twitter, that was the low end of his estimate for the proportion of Twitter bots. He rhapsodically questioned whether the number might be as high as 90%.
At the conference, Musk stated, "Right now, I'm being told there's no way to know the number of bots." It's similar to how the human soul is unknowable.

#Twitter opted not to respond. According to the San Francisco-based company's quarterly report, spam accounts make up less than 5% of all users.
Musk, the CEO of Tesla Inc. and SpaceX, stated last week that his offer to purchase Twitter was "temporarily on pause." At the same time, he awaited information regarding the number of spam and bogus accounts on the platform. He tweeted over the weekend that Twitter's legal department had called to complain that he had breached their nondisclosure agreement by disclosing the company's technique to the public.
