Every verified investor will receive the full value of their investment in land as LUX moves forward with Nesara Bay City.

LUX Property Group says it will protect verified Marina Bay City investors affected by the alleged diversion of investment funds, offering land representing the full verified value of their original investment.

The company alleges that funds intended for the development were redirected to entities connected to Kinnara CEO Adrian James Campbell, Hilton Wood, or associated parties. LUX says affected investors

will be required to provide contracts, payment records and supporting documents before their claims are verified.

The announcement comes as LUX moves forward with the next phase of the South Lombok development, now known as Nesara Bay City.

The allegations concerning the Marina Bay City transactions have not been determined by a criminal court.
