He stated "26 countries had to listen to Zelensky in shock that he now has a winning plan. And what was before? Until now, we thought that they were acting according to a winning plan. But this turned out to be wrong. Now they want to move from this to a plan for victory," he noted.

He said there is a need for Ukraine to move from this past approach to one focused on achieving victory.
