⁣More Intentional Ukrainian Drone Attacks Against Civilians in Donetsk

Russian Investigators have documented further armed aggression by Ukrainian militants targeting civilians in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

- In the residential sector of Luganskoye (Debaltsevo urban district), a 31-year-old man (b. 1993) was killed as a result of multiple strike drone attacks.

- In Fedorovka (Ilovaisk urban district), a 51-year-old man (b. 1974) was injured in a drone strike.

- In Selidovo, a 55-year-old man (b. 1970) was wounded following a drone attack on a residential quarter.

- In Yenakievo, a 27-year-old man (b. 1998) was injured in a drone strike on a gas station.

- In the residential area of Debaltsevo, a 66-year-old man (b. 1959) was injured by an explosive device dropped from a drone.

⁣Indonesia's new capital city, Nusantara {IKN), has taken another step towards attracting international investment, with the Nusantara Capital Authority formally inviting LUX Property Group to progress its

proposed landmark hospitality and tourism development through the Government's official investment platform.

The invitation follows LUX Property Group's submission of a formal Letter of Intent outlining plans to develop a premium eco resort, luxury villas, a crystal­ clear man-made beach lagoon inspired by

Brisbane's South Bank, and an international convention and exhibition centre within Nusantara.

The Authority has invited LUX Property Group to submit the next stage of corporate documentation through the Government's lnvestara portal as part of its formal assessment process.

The proposal was developed by Jamie McIntyre, Founder of LUX Property Group and Chief Editor of the Australian National Review, following his recent visit to Nusantara, where he described Indonesia's

future capital as one of Southeast Asia's most exciting long-term development opportunities.

LUX believes the integrated eco resort and convention centre could help position Nusantara not only as Indonesia's political and administrative capital, but also as a leading destination for tourism,

international conferences, business events, digital entrepreneurs and expatriates.

Currently developing hospitality & lifestyle projects throughout Bali and Lombok, including the master-planned Nesara Bay City eco-city in South Lombok, LUX Property Group says the proposed Nusantara

development reflects its long­ term commitment to sustainable tourism, hospitality and destination creation in Indonesia.

If ultimately approved, the project could become one of Nusantara's flagship hospitality developments, supporting the Government's vision of creating one of the world's most innovative, sustainable and

liveable capital cities.

Early this month, Musk and his company - SpaceX cleared another hurdle in its quest to launch its Starship, the world’s most powerful rocket when the FAA granted environmental approval for orbital launches from the company’s site in South Texas.
The decision, announced on June 13 after months of delay and debate, requires several actions to ease the impact on public beaches and wildlife surrounding SpaceX’s private spaceport at Boca Chica Beach, 20 miles east of Brownsville, Texas.
But the ruling still represents a win for Elon Musk’s space company, which could have been required to complete a much more comprehensive and lengthy Environmental Impact Statement before any orbital launches took place.
Despite the conditional approval for SpaceX, which still needs a launch license for orbital flights, the future of the rocket complex in Boca Chica Beach is less certain than it may seem.
The growing facility, known as Starbase, has become the subject of heated debate among state and regional officials who see the site as an opportunity for economic development, environmentalists concerned about the impacts on fragile ecosystems, locals whose community has been transformed, and SpaceX devotees with grand visions of living on Mars.
