A hyperloop is a proposed high-speed mass transportation system designed for both passenger and freight transport. The term was invented to describe the modern open-source project. A hyperloop is described as a sealed tube or system of tubes with low air pressure through which a pod may travel substantially free of air resistance or friction. The hyperloop could potentially move people or objects at airlines at hypersonic speed while being energy efficient compared with existing high-speed rail systems. If implemented, this could potentially reduce travel times compared to air and train travel over distances of under approximately 1,500 kilometers.

The hyperloop has three major components which include a tube, a pod, and a terminal. The tube is a large sealed low-pressure system that can be constructed above or below ground. A coach runs inside this controlled environment and is often referred to as a pod. The pod employs magnetic or aerodynamic levitation using air-bearing skis, along with electromagnetic or aerodynamic propulsion to glide along a fixed guideway which is the terminal's arrival and departure.

Things moved quickly, and the tech millionaire was offered a seat on the Twitter board of directors, which he respectfully rejected.

However, as few predicted, the world's richest man has now made a bid to purchase #Twitter whole stock for $43 billion. There are more questions than answers in the offer. If the Twitter takeover fails, the tech titan has previously stated that he has a backup plan. A cursory glance at Musk's filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission reveals that the tech guru said unequivocally that his $43 billion prices are the best and last offer. This equates to about $54.20 per share on a total basis. Musk feels the price is higher, and that the shareholders will be pleased.

Chinese web users and their space agency however, recently have had reason to not trust SpaceX with their promise.

In December 2021, China filed an official protest with the UN after two near-collisions involving SpaceX satellites and its Tiangong space station, sparking a barrage of Chinese criticism against Elon Musk's internet service firm.

Satellites from SpaceX's Starlink Internet Services and the China Space Station were engaged in the two events, which occurred on July 1 and October 21. From May 16 to June 24, Starlink plummeted from an orbital height of roughly 555 km to 382 km in the first incident. The dip in altitude caused a "collision danger" between Starlink and the Tiangong space station on July 1, according to a document released on the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs website.
