With everything that he's been through, with all the criticism he's faced, and after finally making a deal, Elon Musk decided to not buy Twitter. Yes, the tech billionaire decided that he will not buy Twitter because of some reason.

Elon Musk, or according to the media, the chaos agent continued to create confusion about his acquisition of Twitter for $44 billion on Tuesday, even as the social media company tried to preserve the deal's terms. In the early hours of 13 May, the billionaire tweeted that "this deal cannot move forward" until he had more information about the volume of spam and fake accounts on the platform.

After a few hours, Twitter said that it would "committed to completing the transaction on the agreed price and terms as promptly as practicable." It urged its shareholders to back the offer from Musk, who appeared to be holding tweet-by-tweet negotiations even though he had already struck the deal to buy Twitter last month.
