Elon Musk Just Bought This GIGANTIC Machine For Cybertruck!

Tesla has acquired the world's largest casting machine, known as Giga Press, and will use it to construct the body of the Cybertruck. Tesla has been heavily investing in casting and alloy technology in recent years in order to enable larger casted parts with the potential to greatly simplify manufacturing. How powerful is this machine? Let’s find out!

Hello everyone! Welcome back to Elon Musk Evolution, where we bring you the most recent news about Elon Musk and his multibillion-dollar companies.

But, before we begin, make sure you subscribe to our channel and click the bell icon so you don't miss any of our amazing videos.
And let’s begin!

The company purchased several units of the world's largest casting machine. Idra creates these massive, multi-million dollar machines. Tesla's first Giga Press, installed at the Fremont factory, went into service in 2020. The machine was the first of its kind at the time, with a clamping force ranging between 55,000 and 61,000 kilonewtons (5,600 to 6,200 tf).

Tesla already makes the Model Y with a single rear body piece that replaces 70 different parts in the vehicle.

Tesla received several more massive casting machines at Gigafactory Texas, and the company has now begun producing the Model Y at the facility with both front and rear single-piece casting.

Idra has been teasing a new 9,000-pound Giga press that will be the largest in the world for the last few weeks. Given Tesla's history with Idra, it was assumed that the new machine would be for the automaker once more.
Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, has now confirmed that the machine will be used for the Cybertruck body.

This is not surprising given that Tesla has already stated that the Cybertruck will be built with a stainless-steel exoskeleton body, which will necessitate a new level of casting capability.

Tesla stated on its website about the Cybertruck's exoskeleton:
“Cybertruck is built with an exterior shell made for ultimate durability and passenger protection. Starting with a nearly impenetrable exoskeleton, every component is designed for superior strength and endurance, from Ultra-Hard 30X Cold-Rolled stainless-steel structural skin to Tesla armor glass.”

The company admitted early on that it would need to develop new manufacturing techniques in order to put the vehicle into production. This massive new casting machine appears to be part of that plan.

The Cybertruck was first unveiled in 2019. The electric pickup truck was supposed to be in production already, but the automaker delayed it in order to focus on increasing Model Y production.

The company now intends to begin production of the Cybertruck in 2023. While there are concerns that Tesla will not meet this deadline, this new machine is a rare indication that the company is investing in Cybertruck production.

So, what is a Giga Press?

Idra Group in Italy manufactures the Giga Press series of aluminum die casting machines. They are notable for having the world's largest high-pressure die casting machines, with clamping forces ranging from 55,000 to 61,000 kilonewtons (5,600 to 6,200 tf). Each machine weighs between 410 and 430 tonnes (900,000 and 950,000 pounds).

Idra's catalogue has included base specification Giga Press machines since 2018, with Tesla, Inc. beginning use of a customized OL 6100 CS Giga Press in late 2020 for the production of chassis parts for the Tesla Model Y.

Molten aluminum shots weighing 80 kilograms (180 lb) are injected at a speed of 10 metres per second (22 mph; 36 km/h) into the cold-chamber casting mold.

EXPOSED! Elon Musk Reveals How Amber Heard Is Forcing Money Out Of Him

The recent defamation suit between actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has left Amber broke and in debt. But luckily for her, she has been getting help from no one other than the richest person in the world, Elon Musk.

New reports show exactly how and why Amber Heard has been getting all the financial support she needs by her ex-boyfriend, Elon Musk.

During the defamation trial, it was revealed that Elon Musk paid nearly half of ex-girlfriend Amber Heard's $1.3M donation to the charity organization ACLU despite Amber’s promises to give $3.5M to the civil rights group after her divorce settlement with Johnny Depp.

Elon Musk Just STOPPED Using Twitter And Here's Why!

Why does it appear that Elon Musk has quit using Twitter? Since joining Twitter in 2009, Tesla and SpaceX CEO and the world's richest person Elon Musk have not only garnered a reputation for being a prolific and mercurial Twitter super-user, but he has also built a reputation for being the world's richest person. In addition, he has an offer on the table to purchase the social media giant that is worth $44 billion. Even though since that day he's had a birthday, surpassed 100 million followers, and, according to reports, received a boatload of Twitter user data, an issue that's been holding up the purchase deal, according to Musk, Musk has been engaging in Twitter silence as of Wednesday morning, and he has been doing so since June 21.

This is despite the fact that since that day he's engaged in Twitter silence.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to Elon Musk Evolution, where we bring you the most recent news about Elon Musk and his multibillion-dollar companies.

So, stay with us till the end of this video so you don't miss out on any of this information. But before we proceed, don’t forget to subscribe to our channel and click on the bell symbol so that you don't miss out on any of our wonderful videos in the future.

And let’s get started!

Tuesday was Election Day across numerous states, with outcomes foreshadowing what's in store in November's midterm elections, where the balance of power in the nation's congressional branch is likely to be reconfigured. There was also a seismic ruling by the Supreme Court that effectively reverses the long-standing protections of Roe v. Wade. Roe v. Wade was the landmark case that legalized abortion rights in the United States in 1973.

So, what exactly is going on with Elon?

From a flood to a trickle to nothing at all. According to Sources, Elon Musk sent out an average of 145 tweets and retweets per week, which works out to approximately 21 per day, in the five weeks leading up to June 16. It was on that day that an open letter penned by SpaceX employees and signed by all of them was distributed. The letter referred to Musk's tweets as "a frequent source of distraction and embarrassment." Some of the signatories of the letter were promptly fired, but Musk's tweeting also promptly slowed down and eventually stopped altogether after June 21.

However, at least one person has seen and spoken to Musk since the curtain dropped on his tweet show. Before June 21, Musk did not publicly share any indication that he would be taking a break from his favorite social media pulpit. Since that date, however, he has been seen and spoken to by at least one person.

According to Newsweek, a reporter named Johnna Crider who works for the website dedicated to reporting on renewable energy called Musk at the Tesla factory in Texas to conduct an interview.

According to a tweet posted by Crider, "many people are worried about @elonmusk since he's been offline for some time." "I saw him yesterday at Giga TX. It was very kind of him to spend some time talking with me, and I really appreciate it. His attention was on his work, but he is unharmed and in good health.

At best, Musk's Twitter history can be described as chaotic. This week, Musk's Twitter account became the sixth most followed on the platform, behind Barack Obama, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Rihanna, and Cristiano Ronaldo. The site showed that Musk had 100.2 million followers on Wednesday. Musk's account passed the 100 million follower mark earlier this week (in that order.)

Musk's tweets may generate a flood of traffic, but his output has occasionally also come with a hefty price tag.

Elon Musk has achieved global fame as the founder, CEO and Product Architect of Tesla Inc., founder, CEO and lead designer at SpaceX, and, more recently as the world's richest human. But it's not just the billionaire’s bank balance that’s expanding, his brood is growing swiftly as well. Not much is known about the tech entrepreneur’s children as he doesn’t like discussing his personal life in the media and refrains from doing so at most times, even telling Business Insider he’d ‘rather stick a fork in his hand’. Though the Tesla owner has been in multiple long-term relationships, he has fathered 8 kids with only two women through the medium of natural birth, IVF, and surrogacy. So, who are Elon’s 8 children and what have they been up to? Let’s take a look!
